Chestnut Green Apartments

In our redevelopment of Chestnut Green Apartments, Abrams Properties partnered with Vinco Properties to convert the original hospital building into 55 exceptional apartments. These residences feature 10-18 foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and in unit washers and dryers. Building amenities include a fitness center, internet library, dog play area, billiards room and barbecue area.

CHESTNUT GREEN HISTORY

This long-abandoned former state hospital was built in the Foxborough community in 1891 and is a designated historic site.

RENOVATION PROCESS

The Abrams Group restored the Victorian exterior including the slate roof, cupolas, ornate wood trim, masonry and windows.

KEEPING PROPERTY INTEGRITY AND CREATING MODERN APARTMENTS

The renovation project focused on maintaining the original historic architecture and appearance of the complex, while creating condominium quality apartments.
