Our redevelopment project at 305 Dutton Street was a historic, adaptive reuse development which turned the 160,000 SF former Giant Department Store into 135 high-end loft style apartments. The building’s concrete structure and steel windows allowed us to create the type of loft units more often seen in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan than anywhere in Massachusetts at an outstanding value to our tenants and created a substantial profit for our investors.
