Abrams Properties acquired the land for this luxury condominium development in 2001 in an off-market transaction and successfully competed against six other local developers to acquire the adjoining lot from the BRA. In this project, we constructed 6 condominium units from the ground up in between a block of existing, historic brownstones. The building is virtually indistinguishable from the adjacent townhouses. The units where pre-sold prior to completion at an attractive return on capital.
