G-Lofts Lawrence, MA

The G-Lofts project at 349 Essex Street featured the redevelopment of the historic Gleason Building in downtown Lawrence into 15 luxurious one-bedroom loft apartments and first floor retail space. Our redevelopment of this early 1900’s building maintained the historic feel of the property with classic touches like floor to ceiling half- round windows and soaring ceilings paired with modern amenities and thoughtfully designed interiors.

This property was financed with the use of State and Federal Historic Tax Credits.
