This 6,500 square foot , 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom 1920’s Tudor home in Chestnut Hill was completely modernized and restored to maintain its significant historic features. The rehabilitation included the creation of a modern family room and kitchen as well as significant layout changes to provide increased closet space and a large master bath featuring a full shower, private lavatory, freestanding soaking tub and dual vanity. In addition, all the mechanical electric and plumbing where replaced with state-of the art systems.

Exterior improvements included all new windows, repointed brick, and preservation of the original slate roof. The landscaping consisted of new privacy fencing, a bluestone patio, deck with French doors and extensive plantings.
