The Abrams Group acquired this newly constructed, 108 unit, partially leased apartment building from Equity Residential in 2005 to reposition the property as luxury condominiums. From a new entranceway and improved green space to updated common areas, our changes to the building created a vibrant community.

Each of the generic units where upgraded with condominium quality finishes including gourmet kitchens with stone counters, contemporary baths, crown moldings and wood flooring. The building was renamed and marketed as The Atlantic at Marina Bay.
