One of Boston’s largest and most stunning new developments is Watermark Seaport located in the burgeoning Seaport Neighborhood. Abrams Properties Founder Matt Abrams managed the team which constructed, managed and marketed the project during his time as Vice President at Skanska Commercial Development USA. During Construction Matt’s team undertook a significant re-design of the buildings common area amenities including new layouts, finishes, furniture and art. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Matt’s team created a creative marketing campaign which allowed the project to substantially outpace the project’s leasing targets during a traditionally difficult leasing season.
